My thoughts: This quote ties beautifully to the teaching of the Bhagavad Gita – do not be too attached to anything. Trust that whatever the outcome is, it will be for the best. But that does not mean that you stop trying or in this case not sincerely make an effort to negotiate for the best deal for you.
